  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By downloading/using the App and/or purchasing any paid plan, credits, or services through our Website or Razorpay checkout, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install/use the App and do not make any purchase.

  2. The Service

    Voice Secretary is a voice-based reminder/secretary application designed to help users create and manage reminders, meetings and tasks with voice inputs and related productivity features. Promotional offers (e.g., “Absolutely Free for 90 days”) may appear to new users; availability/eligibility vary by region, time, and account.

  3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. If under 18, you may only use the App with a parent/guardian who agrees to these Terms.

  4. Account & Security

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of device access, any PIN/passwords, and for all activity under your account/app installation. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

  5. Free Trials, Plans & Pricing

    We may offer free trials or promotional access (e.g., 90-day free access) and may modify, withdraw, or limit such offers at any time. Pricing is displayed at checkout and is quoted in INR unless otherwise stated; applicable taxes (e.g., GST) are additional where required. Features included in each plan are described on the Website/App and may evolve over time.(feature additions/removals, usage limits, or fair-use thresholds).

  6. Payment Processing (Razorpay)

    Online payments on the Website are processed via Razorpay, a third-party payment service provider. Your use of payment rails is also subject to Razorpay’s platform terms/policies and timelines (for example, dispute/refund handling windows and processing times). Accepted methods (subject to availability): UPI, cards, net-banking, and supported wallets as exposed by Razorpay at checkout. (Razorpay documentation publicly references supported rails and refund flows.) We do not store your full payment-instrument details on our servers; sensitive data is handled by Razorpay and/or its facility providers in accordance with their terms.

  7. Refunds & Cancellations (Digital Services)

    Nature of product: digital services/features. Once a paid plan/feature is activated or credits are consumed, the service is considered delivered for the billing period/usage.

    Our policy:

    • Change-of-mind / post-activation: Not eligible for refund for the current term/usage.
    • Non-delivery/technical failure attributable to us: We will attempt to remedy and, if we cannot, may issue a credit or refund at our sole discretion.
    • Duplicate charge: Eligible for correction/refund upon verification.
    • Chargebacks: Please contact us first to resolve issues; initiating a chargeback may delay resolution.

    How to request a refund: Email voicesecretaryapp@gmail.com with order ID, payment date, and issue description. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Razorpay’s guidance indicates 5–7 working days for funds to reflect after a refund is processed. Auto-renewals (if/when offered): cancel future renewals any time before renewal date via provided methods; cancellation stops future charges but does not retro-refund the current paid term.

  8. In-App Purchases via App Stores

    Purchases via Google Play are governed by Google Play’s policies and refund tools. We receive only limited purchase metadata from the store and cannot access your payment instrument.(See our Privacy Policy for specifics on purchase data we receive.)

  9. Fair Use & Acceptable Use

    You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or copy any part of the App/Service; (b) use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or infringing/illegal content; (c) circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security; (d) scrape, bulk-export, or misuse content or service endpoints; (e) interfere with the Service’s operation or other users’ enjoyment. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, non-payment, or abuse.

  10. Feature Availability & Maintenance

    Features may vary by device, OS, region, or version. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (e.g., due to platform/OS changes, dependency changes, or legal/compliance reasons). Google’s ecosystem notes ongoing evolution of voice/assistant integrations; compatibility can change over time with OS/Assistant updates.

  11. Data, Privacy & Permissions

    Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it (including limited purchase data), third-party SDKs (e.g., Google Play Services, Firebase), and location usage tied to specific features. Please review it carefully. Data safety disclosures presented on Google Play provide additional developer-supplied context about collection/sharing and security practices.

  12. Intellectual Property

    All rights in and to the App, Website, content, UI, designs, trademarks, and related IP belong to us (or our licensors). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and paid features for your personal use during the term of your plan, subject to these Terms.

  13. Third-Party Services & Links

    The Service may depend on or link to third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services, Firebase, Razorpay). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party acts/omissions.

  14. Disclaimers

    The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express/implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.

  15. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits/revenue/data/use, arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for all claims in any twelve-month period will not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the Service during that period (or INR 2,000, whichever is lower).

  16. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

  17. Termination

    You may stop using the Service and uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend/terminate access (with or without notice) for violations, suspected fraud, legal/compliance reasons, or non-payment. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

  18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Before legal action, both parties will attempt good-faith resolution by emailing voicesecretaryapp@gmail.com and allowing 15 business days to respond. Razorpay provides consumer dispute guidance and encourages reviewing the merchant’s T&C/refund policy prior to payment.

  19. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Website/App with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
